Description

The San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed pest management firms to provide comprehensive pest control services for RTD-owned and operated facilities throughout San Joaquin County, California. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide routine preventive pest management, inspection, monitoring, treatment, and emergency response services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation.The objective of this procurement is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor capable of providing reliable, responsive, safe, and environmentally responsible pest management services that support RTD's commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and healthy facilities for employees, passengers, tenants, contractors, and visitors.RTD anticipates awarding one contract for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year option periods that may be exercised at RTD's sole discretion, subject to continued funding, and satisfactory Contractor performance.Complete service requirements are provided in the Scope of Work.
