Perdido Key Community Center - Repairs

Description

The exterior of the Perdido Key Community Center has experienced deterioration due to prolonged exposure to weather conditions and insect activity. The existing wood porch ceiling components, exterior lighting fixtures and associated electrical components, and stucco finishes on the fascia and ADA access ramp have deteriorated and require replacement.This solicitation provides for the removal and replacement of these exterior building envelope components to improve public safety, restore the building's weather-resistant envelope, and enhance the long-term durability of the facility through the use of modern, low-maintenance materials. The work is intended to preserve the structural integrity and serviceability of the building while reducing future maintenance requirements.Full Scope of Work shall include the removal and proper disposal of demolished materials, protection of adjacent surfaces and building components, and restoration of any disturbed finishes resulting from the work.
