The State Universities Retirement System (“SURS” or the “System”) is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors/contractors for Project Title.SURS is implementing a new pension administration software system to replace legacy platforms and improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience. The project is entering the final software validation phase, followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel testing. The selected QA vendor will provide experienced testers to work under the direction of the internal QA team and in collaboration with a third-party implementation partner.Optionally, responders are welcome to include pricing for additional resources (with pension industry experience) that may be of interest as part of this engagement but not specified as the primary scope of services provided. Examples of additional resources include but are not limited to Business Analysts, Training Specialists, Developers, Organizational Change Management Specialists.
