REQUEST FOR BIDS Boiler and Hot Water Replacement for Penndale Middle School October 14, 2024 The North Penn School District will receive sealed bids for the Boiler and Hot Water Replacement for Penndale Middle School project. Work includes the installation of one new boiler, one new water heater, and compressor replacements in two existing condensing units. Sealed bids for both HVAC and Plumbing are to be delivered to the North Penn School District Educational Services Center, 401 E. Hancock St., Lansdale, PA 19446 no later than 2:00 PM, prevailing time on the following date, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Thursday, November 14th, 2024. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Monday, November 4th, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the North Penn School District Support Services Center. Copies of the Contract Documents, including drawings and the project manual will be available as of Monday, October 14th, 2024. Digital versions of the documents may be obtained from the office of Snyder Hoffman Associates Inc. Please contact Deb Bauer (dbauer@snyderhoffman.com) via email to receive the documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
