Peck Sink Trail and Overlook Project

Description

'INSERT SHORT DESCRIPTION OF SOLICITATION.This project work includes but is not limited to the installation of silt fencing and soil tracking prevention device, American with Disability Act (ADA) accessible parking, hard-surface parking pad transition, eight foot (8’) by one thousand, six hundred (1,600) linear feet (+/-10%) natural-surface trail, and three hundred twenty (320) square foot (+/10%) overlook platform with built-in benches and display boxes, and renovation of onsite non-potable well with construction of irrigation connections to the overlook platform. The scope also includes removal and disposal of existing vegetation and fence barriers within the construction area.All work shall be done in accordance with plans and specifications created by AECOM Technical Services, Inc. The Vendor/Contractor will be responsible for obtaining the building permit for construction. Hernando County has already secured an Environmental Resource Program (ERP) permit and modification to accommodate this project from the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD).
