On Page 11 under Proposal Format Submission Requirements (5th bullet), a “Signed Workers’ Compensation Certification” is listed as a required document; however, this form does not appear to be included in the RFP materials. Could you please provide the required certification form or clarify if a standard COI form should be used? A1. Please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing proof of workers’ compensation coverage. 2. On Page 10, Section 3.5B (PK–8 Schools Specifications), Item #2 references the “Selection of yearbook photos.” Could you please clarify what is meant by “selection of yearbook photos,” including who is responsible for the selection process and any specific expectations for vendor involvement? A2. “Selection of yearbook photos” means a school administrator or district member will review and select the photos to be included in the yearbook. The vendor’s role is limited to providing access to the photo options and supporting layout/production as requested by the school. 3. On Page 12, Item #2 requests a detailed outline of the full scope of photography services offered to PK–8 districts, including “Yearbook and senior photos.” Could you please clarify the expectations for yearbook and senior photography services within a PK–8 framework, particularly whether senior photography is intended for specific grade levels or optional offerings? A3. Within the PK–8 framework, “senior photography” refers to services for the school’s terminating level, such as 8th grade, and may be offered upon request by the school. It is not intended to apply to high school senior photography.
