If LG is scheduled to discontinue any of the commercial display models before May 3, 2021, bidders may submit bids that include the direct replacement models from LG for the discontinued displays. 2. There is no loading dock at the delivery site. 3. Displays should be delivered inside the entrance of the building. Delivery will not require stairs or the use of an elevator. Bidders must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the bid addendum by signing below. Bidders must attach the signed addendum to the bid document prior to submitting the bid to the District. Any bids that are submitted without a signed addendum may be rejected by the Board of Education at its sole discretion.
