The Board of Education is projected to award the contract to the successful bidder on February 25, 2020. If the contract is awarded as scheduled, the school district will issue a purchase order and place the order with the successful bidder on February 26, 2020. 2. The bid document requires that the truck be available for the school district to take possession by June 30, 2020. However, the school district will provide flexibility with this delivery date if the primary reason for failure to meet the delivery date is out of the dealerships control (e.g., vehicle lead time from Ford, availability of upfit equipment, etc.). Bidders must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the bid addendum by signing below. Bidders must attach the signed addendum to the bid document prior to submitting the bid to the District. Any bids that are submitted without a signed addendum may be rejected by the Board of Education at its sole discretion.
