Addendum 1 to Bid 1701 Date: March 8, 2017 From: Justin Attaway, Business Manager/CSBO RE: Addendum 1 to Door Lock Bid 1701 Following several questions from potential bidders, District 69 would like to issue the following clarification and additions to the Door Lock bid. 1. Material number 26-065 x 626 in the Hardware List for Lincoln Junior High School should be revised to 23-065 x 626. 2. A security indicator option (number L283-711) should be added to the eight Classroom Security Mortise Locks (L9071 x R x 06B x 626) in the Hardware List for Madison Elementary School. 3. All dummy rim cylinders specified in the parts lists can be generic rim cylinders and are not required to be a specific manufacturer. Bidders must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the bid addendum by signing below. Bidders must attach the signed addendum to the bid document prior to submitting the bid to the District. Any bids that are submitted without a signed addendum may be rejected by the Board of Education.
