NOTICE TO BIDDERS CINNAMINSON BOARD OF EDUCATION BURLINGTON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Board Secretary of the Township of Cinnaminson Board of Education, Cinnaminson Township, Burlington County, New Jersey and will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Office of the Board Secretary, Memorial School, 2195 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, New Jersey 08077 on March 4, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time for the furnishing of: BID NO. 25.26-0004 CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR THE CINNAMINSON SCHOOL DISTRICT Specifications and bid documents for the proposed services are on file in the office of Melissa Wilke, Board Secretary/Business Administrator and may be obtained during normal business hours, requested via email at wilkem@cinnaminson.com or they are available at www.cinnaminson.com. For information pertaining to content of the contract documents, please call Mr. Mark Tindall, Director of Operations, at (856) 829-3861. Each bid must contain the following statement on the envelope: "THIS IS A SEALED BID FOR BID NO. 25.260004 AND SHALL NOT BE OPENED AND READ UNTIL MARCH 4, 2026, 10:00 A.M. BY THE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR OR HER DESIGNEE." The Board of Education will not assume responsibility for bids not delivered in person to the Business Administrator at the time called for bid opening. All bids must be received before or at the time and date specified. No bids will be received after the specified time. Bids must be made on the proposal forms in the manner designated, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of bidder and proposal identification on outside, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Cinnaminson Board of Education for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00; and must be delivered to the Business Administrator or the Board’s designated representative at the above place on or before the hour named. The Board of Education assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Board of Education to do so. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A.
