Bids shall be received at the front reception area of the District Office at 27000 Weyerhaeuser Way, Santa Clarita, CA 91351 at the above stated time and place as well as emailed to Don Fansler at dfansler@telacu.com. Any bids received after the time specified above or after any extensions due to material changes shall be returned unopened. No bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days after the date set for the opening of bids. Miscellaneous Information License Requirement: Class "C-15" In accordance with the provisions of Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15 and Public Contract Code Section 3300, SSUSD requires that the bidder possess the required classification(s) of contractor's license(s) at the time the bid is submitted. Any bidder not so licensed at the time of the bid opening will be rejected as nonresponsive.
