Eckhoff Street Orange, CA 92868 Architect: Flewelling & Moody Architecture RFQ ADDENDUM 01 Revision: February 12, 2026 Note: The following revisions and clarifications to the Bid Documents (RFQ) shall become a part of the Contract Documents upon award of Bid. All Bidders are required to incorporate all necessary changes, additions, or deductions into their proposals. In case of conflict between RFQ and this Addendum, this Addendum shall govern. Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Bid Form as noted in the Instruction to Bidders, failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. Response to Questions 1. Question: Section 17: Preconstruction Services Fee. Typically, in these LLB RFP responses there is a form to fill out so all contractors are submitting comparable pricing elements. Can you please provide a form with all required pricing for this project or will preconstruction be provided as a lump sum. Answer: See RFQ page 17 item 17. Preconstruction Services Fee which states: pre con services fees are to be based on “major categories of services described in this RFQ-P. Describe any portions or categories of such fee that, depending on timing of DSA approval and other factors, may be carried over to, and payable as part of, the GMP.” A typical form will not be provided. 2. Question: Per Section 18: Methodology for Determining GMP: (xii) Provide Contractor’s fee as a percentage, provide subcontractor mark-up, provide insurance and bond percentages, provide financing fee percentage, and include any other costs directly related to LLB’s fee. Typically, in these LLB RFP responses there is a form to fill out so all contractors are submitting comparable pricing elements. Also, please clarify where this should be provided.
