Request for Statements of Qualifications and Proposals Construction Services for Lease-Leaseback Project Delivery Sulphur Springs Union School District – Skyline Ranch Community School Project RFQ-P No. SK 2026-02-24 Notice to Proposers NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SULPHUR SPRINGS UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT (“District”), acting by and through its Board of Trustees (“Board”), will receive at the District Office, located at 27000 Weyerhaeuser Way, Santa Clarita, California 91351, up to but not later than 12:00 p.m. on February 24th, 2026, statements of qualifications and sealed proposals for the following District Project(s): RFQ-P No. SK 2026- 02-24 SKYLINE RANCH COMMUNITY SCHOOL PROJECT The Request for Qualifications and Proposals (“RFQ-P”), including all currently available plans, specifications, and related documents, may be obtained from the District’s website at the following link: https://www.sssd.k12.ca.us or requested via email by contacting Don Fansler, Director, at dfansler@telacu.com CC: Dr Josh Randall Deputy Superintendent Business Services jrandall@sssd.k12.ca.us. . The District is accepting proposals from firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations (“Proposers”) to enter into a lease-leaseback agreement (“Lease-Leaseback Agreement”) with the District for its Project. The District intends to award a Lease-Leaseback Agreement for the Project to the Proposer determined to be the best value under the provisions of Education Code section 17406 et seq. License Classification. Each proposer must be a licensed Contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following classification(s), including but not limited to: General Contractor B-License A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk will be held at the project site located at the corner of Skyline Ranch Rd & Stratus Street in Santa Clarita Ca 91351, Santa Clarita California 91351, on February 6th 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
