Payroll And Stagehands Services

Description

The City of Phoenix invites offers for stagehand payroll services for the Phoenix Convention Center Department, Contractor shall coordinate and subcontract qualified labor through International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local 3366 to support event production and venue maintenance activities. Labor categories may include, but are not limited to, stagehands, technicians, riggers, electricians, carpenters, wardrobe staff, and audio/visual specialists for a five-year contract commencing on or about February 21, 2026, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein or the “Effective Date” which is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code, whichever is later.This solicitation is available through the City’s OpenGov e-Procurement Portal.
