The County of Greenville is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for its 2024 Pavement Preservation Project in order to extend the life of selected pavements. The project consists of the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent, traffic control, quality control, and mobilization, as detailed in the special provisions. A road list is provided in the special provision in addition to a schedule of values. The winning contractor shall provide all materials and labor needed to complete the project. It is the contractor’s responsibility to review the site conditions prior to bidding on the work.
