Description

We are currently seeking vendors for our Independence Day Celebration event at Doral Central Park. The event will take place on Saturday, July 4, and we are looking for proposals for patriotic lighting and décor enhancements throughout the park, including the main entrance, park pavilions, amphitheater area, and VIP areas. Lighting and décor should be installed and illuminated beginning in early June, approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to July 4. Removal of decor shall begin on or after July 5th. For this proposal, we are looking for patriotic themed lighting elements. Due to limited electrical outlets throughout the park, solar powered and battery operated lighting options are preferred where feasible. Please include the estimated power and voltage requirements, battery life, and whether batteries would need to be replaced or recharged during the 3 to 4 week display period for each proposed section and lighting element.
