Pasadena Avenue and St. John Avenue Roadway Network Project Conceptual Development, Preliminary Engineering and Final Design Services

Description

The City of Pasadena (City) is seeking professional proposals from qualified Consultants for the Pasadena Avenue and St. John Avenue Roadway Network Project (Project). The services for the Project would include concept designs and preliminary engineering with cost estimates, for the development of multimodal improvements for the area including and between Pasadena Avenue and St. John Avenue between Walnut Street and Columbia Street. The Project area does not include Columbia Street. The City will be advancing improvements for Columbia Street as a separate project. As an additional task to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion, the City is requesting services to advance the preliminary design and cost estimates to a complete 100% Plan, Specification, and Design (PS&E) package suitable for construction bidding.
