Through this Request for Proposal ("RFP"), the City of Milpitas ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive Parks and Landscaping Maintenance Services ("Services") for designated City parks and Facilities. Qualified vendors should have demonstrated experience in providing large-scale parks and landscape maintenance to public sector entities.The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary. Required services includes but is not limited to routine and preventative tasks such as turf care, irrigation system maintenance, weed abatement, waste and debris removal, and upkeep of various park elements like playgrounds, pathways, and shrubs. This solicitation also includes on-call work, as well as optional alternates for street median landscaping and weed abatement.See Attachment C - Scope of Services for details.
