The successful respondent shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to perform complete grounds maintenance and landscaping services at the Groveland City Parks and Cemeteries and Athletic Field Maintenance and Daily Preparation. The City reserves the right to award contract(s) by line item, group of items or all or none.
