Parking Lot Construction Project

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Greene County, Ohio, 35 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385, until 10:59 AM, Tuesday, August 18, 2026. At such time, the bids will be opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the instructions to bidders. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on August 11, 2026, at the Project site located at 77 & 105 East Market Street, Xenia, Ohio 45385. Representatives from Patriot Engineering and Environmental, Inc. (Patriot), acting on behalf of Greene County and the Engineer/Architect, will be present to discuss the Project. The pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with the Bidder's name, contact number, bid opening date, and a statement that it is a sealed bid covering the materials or services for which the bid is submitted. Bids shall be addressed to: Greene County Board of Commissioners MARKET STREET PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 35 Greene St. Xenia, OH 45385 The Greene County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposals received. The basis for the Contract award shall be based on a Best Value Selection for this project. As such, Greene County intends to use a selection process for services where total cost, as well as other non-cost factors, are considered in the evaluation, selection, and final award of this contract.
