The County of Greenville (referred to herein as “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Parking Garage Management Services, remotely and on-site, for a newly constructed parking garage located at Greenville County Administrative Office, 301 University Ridge, Greenville, SC, 29601.The County desires to enter into a one-year contract with the possibility of four-annual renewals with a firm capable of providing comprehensive parking garage management services for the facility specified herein. The County reserves the right to amend the Contract to include additional facilities.
