The work generally consists of custodial cleaning of restrooms across multiple park locations in the City of Vista. The scope of work includes:• Full service cleaning• Porter service to maintain cleanliness standards during the day• Unblocking clog drain lines• As-needed services for special events• Monthly power-washing and cleaning of restroom interior and exterior of buildingsThe agreement is anticipated to be an initial two year term with up to three additional one-year option extensions.
