The City is requesting proposals for the selection of a concessions operator for Papillion Landing Sports Complex 4-plex. This is NOT a City paid position. This will be for the duration of the 2026 season, March 27- September 26. The vendor or Non-Profit shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the concession stand, including staffing, inventory management, sales, and cleanliness.
