Ector County is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to secure and deliver PAPER TOWELS and TISSUE PAPER, in accordance with the requirements specified herein and including all provisions set forth in the accompanying documentation. Proposer agrees to allow governmental entities who have a purchasing cooperative inter-local agreement with Ector County to purchase off this Request For Proposal award.
