East Mississippi Community College Bid Package for Golden Triangle/Lion Hills Campuses Painting Labor Instructions to Bidders Golden Triangle/Lion Hills Campuses Contract Period: July 1, 2026 or Subsequent Board Approval Date – June 30, 2028 East Mississippi Community College Board of Trustees is now accepting sealed and electronic bids for the following: Painting Labor Hourly rate for one (1) to three (3) men 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Job will be on an as-needed basis and may end at any time. Successful bidder must show Proof of Liability insurance not less than $1,000,000. Sealed bids will be accepted in the EMCC Operations Center, Golden Triangle Campus, 8731 S. Frontage Road, P.O. Box 100, Mayhew, MS 39753, or by electronic submission at www.centralauctionhouse.com until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 28, 2026, at which time all properly submitted bids shall be opened. Box 100, Mayhew, MS 39753. The outside of the bid envelope must be clearly marked in the lower left corner: Sealed Bid – Painting Labor May 28, 2026 Bids shall be for a two-year period. Contract may be terminated by either party at the end of the first year. Written notice of termination must be given 60 days prior to the end of the contract period, or the bid will continue for the second year. Bidders shall be in compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act. By signing bid documents, you are stating that you are in compliance.
