Per the Specifications and Bid document(s), and in accordance with MGL c.149 and c.30 & 39M, the Town of Hingham (The Owner and Awarding Authority) seeks to solicit bids for the Complete Painting, Window Repair, and Carpentry Component repair at the G.A.R. Memorial Hall, 358 Main Street, Hingham, MA. The project includes complete preparation, repair/replacement of all degraded carpentry components, prime and paint all siding and trim components, and repair of storm windows in accordance with the documents prepared by Building Envelope Analysis, LLC and the Awarding Authority, Dated February 29, 2024. The estimated contract value is $94,000 (Ninety-Four Thousand Dollars).The contractor shall be experienced in lead paint removal, carpentry, and primer and paint application.Sealed bids will be received for the Paint and Carpentry Component Repair Project through the Town’s e Procurement Portal located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/hingham-ma.This bid posting contains all information for the G.A.R Memorial Hall Project.
