It is the intent of the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, to outline the requirements for the Resurfacing of Packanack Lake Road - From Lake Drive West up to approximately 270 ft. from the Northbound eastern curb of Route 23 - NJDOT Project ID No. MA-2021-00622. The work shall include milling existing pavement, repairing existing base as required, constructing new Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, inlet reconstruction, signing and striping, and related items.
