The project consists of the removal of approximately 6,200 CY of accumulated sediment and debris using a hydraulic dredge method from the East and West Fingers of Packanack Lake. The excavated material is to be stored in the area between the fingers as indicated on the plans to allow it to dry, and then the dried, excavated silt material shall be transported and disposed of at a New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) approved placement site.
