The facility is located at 8601 Good Luck Road, Lanham, MD 20706, in Prince George’s County.The facility lot size is 10.14 acres.The work is to design and construct a minimum 25,000 s.f. new replacement facility that will expand the services currently being provided to the community.The new facility will be a trailblazer in sustainable facility design for M-NCPPC, considering the collective goals, developing a creative and forward-thinking design that meets the indoor and outdoor programming needs.
