The Commission seeks design/build contractors who are qualified and prepared in all respects to undertake the Project. This RFQu is the first step of a two-step procurement process. In order to be considered to proceed to the second step of the procurement process, an Offeror must timely respond to this RFQu and be selected to receive a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) described herein.
