The City of Bangor (City) invites interested consulting firms to submit a written proposal for this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This process intends to procure Architectural/Engineering Services for Airport Development Projects as noted in AC 150- 5100-14E – Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. The estimated term of services is for a period of four (4) years to the Bangor International Airport (BGR) for portions of its updated AIP Capital Improvement Plan. Any questions must be directed in writing to no later than 4:30 P.M., Monday, October 19, 2026 with “Questions P27-32 BGR Engineering Services” in the subject line. Failure to do so may result in your question(s) not being answered. Questions received after the deadline shall not be answered. The City will provide a response by 4:30 P.M. on Friday, October 23, 2026. This response will be in the form of an addendum, accessible on the City's website. Notifications will be sent to those who have signed up to receive notifications at www.bangormaine.gov/bids through NotifyME. Notifications will be sent when new addenda are released.
