Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) RFP No. P23/10056L Federal Lobbyist Services Pima County Community College District (“College”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Federal Lobbyist Services. A single Service Agreement with an initial term of one-year and four (4) annual renewal periods will be awarded to a firm.
