The city is soliciting proposals for tuckpointing and masonry rehabilitation of the east elevation of the building. Work includes replacement of cracked and broken brick, infill of mechanical vents, selective pointing of joints, replacement of sealant at the perimeter of windows, selective replacement of damaged limestone, and replacement of two terra cotta chimney caps. The following scope of work is provided for reference. It is the contractor’s responsibility to visit the site and familiarize themselves with the existing conditions
