Overflow Parking Lot at Doral Central Park

The CIP department would like to request proposals for the paving & drainage of the Overflow parking lot at Doral Central Park. Documents attached:Approved plans Bid Tabulation Sheet Scope of WorkThe project includes, but is not limited to, installation of a stormwater drainage system, concrete curb, grading, paving, striping, and signage as shown on the construction plans. Through the process described herein, Contractors interested in assisting the City with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a proposal package in accordance with the procedure and schedule of this request.  All pricing submitted must be consistent with and based on the unit prices, labor rates, equipment rates, and markups previously approved as part of the contractor’s pool qualification. The City will review submittals only from those contractors within the approved pool that submit a complete proposal package which includes all required information and pricing consistent with the contractor’s approved pool rate schedule. The City intends to award a contract for the construction of new paved parking surface lot located in Doral Central Park 3005 NW 87 Ave., to the contractor that: possesses qualified man power, equipmen
