Our Island Home: Door and Damper Renovation: FILED SUB-BIDS

The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, invites sealed bids for the construction of the Our Island Home's Door and Damper Renovation Project located at 9 East Creek Road, Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by SMRT, Inc. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A-44H inclusive and as amended to date.The Project consists of selective demolition of interior doors and HVAC duct dampers, and replacement of doors and dampers to meet current code requirements. Repair or improvement to doors and dampers is also included in the scope of work.Construction time frame to be negotiated with selected contractor. FILED SUB-BIDS SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of selective demolition of interior doors and HVAC duct dampers.
