It is the intent of the Town of Manchester to receive proposals for a yearly contract that provides for organic and inorganic testing of public water supply and wastewater samples for various parameters. Samples will be collected by Water Division personnel and will be available for pickup at the Manchester Water Laboratory, located at 125 Spring Street, Manchester, CT. The Water Division must receive standard test results from the contract laboratory within ten laboratory working days after receipt of water samples. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all necessary containers and preservatives when needed and will be able to provide courier service at reasonable notice.
