Known as “Downtown Site 1,” this project has been expanded to include three (3) additional parcels and up to $4 million in financial incentives, further enhancing the potential for impactful development.Located in the heart of St. Cloud’s vibrant downtown district, Downtown Site 1 is a highly visible and strategically positioned area.
