SCOPE OF SERVICES SUMMARYThe City of St. Cloud (CITY) and the St. Cloud Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) are inviting proposals from qualified and experienced respondents for the purchase/lease and development of a City owned property as part of a Public & Private Partnership (P3). The parcel, referred to as the “Downtown Site 1”, is prominently located in the downtown area of the City of St. Cloud. The purpose of the project is to promote revitalization and to serve as a catalyst to stimulate additional development in the City’s downtown area. The City has already started investing in major streetscape and infrastructure improvements in the downtown area.
