Description

As requested by the Community and Human Services Division (hereinafter, the “Division”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Request for Proposal (hereinafter, “RFP”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The Vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Scope of Work stated herein.The purpose of the data collaborative software will be to collect county-wide data from providers who treat Collier County residents with Substance Use, Opioid Use, and Mental Health Disorders. The software will be used to help identify gaps in services for the targeted population to provide the best care for those in need.The anticipated budget for this project is $407,436.00; however, this may not be indicative of future buying patterns.
