LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS ================================================================================== Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Department of Camden County College at or before 1:00 p.m. prevailing time on August 25, 2026 and will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly after at the Purchasing Department in Roosevelt Hall, Building #6, Room 135, 200 College Dr., Blackwood, New Jersey 08012, for the furnishing, delivery and/or installation of the following services, materials, and/or equipment: OPHTHALMIC EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES – PERKINS Bid #FY27ITB-04 Supply or equipment lists, specifications, and bidding documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at the College by calling (856) 227-7200, extension 4351 or vendors can register to download all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/. The right is reserved to waive any or all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids submitted and to make awards in the best interest of Camden County College. Prices are to be indicated for individual items and separate groups and that the College reserves the right to award contracts on either basis. PRICES QUOTED MUST INCLUDE ALL FREIGHT, HANDLING, AND/OR DELIVERY CHARGES. Bids must conform to the specifications and only approved qualified bids will be accepted. Persons or firms bidding on equipment that requires installation by the contractor are advised that those provisions of Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J. Prevailing Wage Act) will apply to and be part of all such contracts. Proposals must be made upon and in accordance with the form of bid accompanying the specifications. Bid security as provided in the specifications shall accompany each bid, if applicable. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Law) and P.L. 77, C.33. Goal: Pursuant to the Small Business Set-Aside Act, Camden County College has a 25% goal requiring this contract be awarded to small businesses.
