The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in providing operations, maintenance and management services (OMMS) for the Charnock Well Field facility (“Facility”) for the production and treatment of groundwater for potable use for an initial term of up to five years, with no options for renewal. In addition to the services being requested for the Charnock Well Field facility, the City is also requesting proposals for its new City Hall East Building's Potable Water Supply Treatment Facility.
