The contract for the Operation of the Capitol Valley Regional SAFE Motorist Aid System will be an agreement between CVR-SAFE and the contractor. CVR-SAFE will provide contract administration services. The contractor will invoice CVR-SAFE for services rendered and CVR-SAFE will compensate the contractor for these services as set forth in the agreement. Funding for the contractor services will be provided by CVR-SAFE. The CVR-SAFE Board of Directors authorized the executive director to award, negotiate, and execute contracts with the selected vendor. The contract and project deliverables will be reviewed by the CVR-SAFE Program Manager.
