Operation, Management, and Promotion of the Oval Dirt Track at the Honor Farm Park and Open Space Property

Description

This project will include the operation, management, and promotion of the oval dirt track at the City of Pueblo’s Honor Farm Park and Open Space Property, located at 3933 North Pueblo Blvd., Pueblo, Colorado, 81008. The Operator will be required to conduct and operate racing events at the existing oval dirt track (see Attachment C – Site Map).    Such events may include, but not be limited to, stock car, motorcycle, and motocross. Operator will furnish all personnel, supervision, management, insurance, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, building improvements, utilities, and/or transportation, necessary to perform these services and racing events.
