The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the "Aviation Authority') is seeking qualified Wayfinding and Signage Consultants to support its Wayfinding & Signage Program through a multi‑year, on‑call professional services contract covering both Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). This engagement offers a unique opportunity to partner with the Aviation Authority in shaping passenger navigation, experiential design and brand experience across both campuses.The selected consultants will provide expertise in planning, concept design, documentation, and implementation support — delivering cohesive, intuitive signage solutions in support of the Aviation Authority's Wayfinding and Signage program, that enhance passenger satisfaction, align with evolving brand and technology standards, and adapt to future expansions.The Aviation Authority's high‑visibility Wayfinding and Signage program directly impacts millions of travelers annually and showcases design excellence in one of the nation’s busiest airports.
