Tuolumne County LAFCO wishes to contract with an outside consulting individual, firm or firms to provide, as needed, on-call LAFCO services (“Consultant”). The Consultant shall perform such duties as may be set forth within California statutes and regulations, including Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act of 2000; coordinate and process various LAFCO applications; or any additional LAFCO matters as directed by the Tuolumne County LAFCO Executive Director.
