On-Call Services for Public Works

Description

Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the City of Milpitas (City) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide a wide range of maintenance, repair, and related services (Services) for its Public Works Department. Services shall be provided to the City on an as-requested basis.To enable the City to quickly access Services for maintenance, repairs, and related services for City facilities and infrastructure, such as buildings, streets, parks, medians, sewer and water, etc., the City intends to award multiple on-call contracts through this IFB. See Scope of Work and the remainder of this IFB, including Attachments, for additional details and requirements. The expected term of the awarded contracts will be for a period of up to 5 years from date of execution.
