Statement of PurposeThe City of West Sacramento (City) Department of Economic Development and Housing is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified right of way firms to establish new contract(s) for On-Call Right of Way Acquisition Services. The City's objective with this RFQ is to enter into multiple on-call contracts with one or more vendors. The contract will be a three-year term with an anticipated total not-to-exceed of $300,000 across all on-call contracts. The not-to-exceed contract amounts will be determined post award at the discretion of the City.
