On-Call Real Estate and Land Use Consulting Services

West County Wastewater District ("WCW") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call real estate advisory services, including due diligence, site analysis, property acquisition and disposition support, and appraisals as further detailed in Section 3, Scope of Services. If approved by WCW's Board of Directors, or designee, the successful Proposer will execute an agreement in the form of Attachment A for a three (3) years base term with up to two (2) one year option terms.&nbsp;Task Order Performance PeriodIt is the intent of WCW to enter into an Agreement for Services ("Agreement") with the highest ranked Proposer to be the on-call service provider.The Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of any amount of work or level of effort that will be ordered or allocated, or total compensation to be paid to the Consultant under the Agreement.The project scope, content of proposal, and selection process are summarized in this Request for Proposals ("RFP").
