The Town of Nantucket (hereinafter "Town") is inviting qualified responders to submit bids for On-Call Property Maintenance Services for up to twenty-four (24) Town-owned residential properties. The chosen Contractor will provide on-call assistance, emergency repair work, and inspections as outlined in the Scope of Services. The maintenance services may range from extensive long-term coverage to occasional short-term coverage. This Invitation for Bids is made in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Ch 30B.
