STATEMENT OF PURPOSEThe City of West Sacramento is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to establish a pre-qualified On-Call List for Professional Services that may lead to the award of a contract for water, wastewater, storm water, surveying, geospatial mapping, traffic signalization, transportation, emergency and/or other civil engineering discipline projects. For routine projects, selected consultants will be asked to submit proposals for each individual project. For emergency work, the available consultant will be asked to perform the workask. The term of the On-Call list of selected consultants will be three (3) years. The On-Call List will be utilized to award Contract Agreements for professional services on a project-by-project and/or task-by-task basis. Contract award amounts will be based on the negotiated scope of work and effort for the project and/or task.Each qualified Proposer is to submit a response in conformity with the terms of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFQ and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor." SYNONYMOUS TERMSAs used throughout this bid and its attachments, the following terms are synonymous: a.
